You only pay when
your phone rings.

A different kind of deal.

Most agencies charge a management fee and bill you for ad spend on top. We flip that. We carry the risk - and we only win when you win.

01

We fund the ads

We put our own money into Google Ads for your business. Starting at $100–$200/month out of our pocket - no ad spend invoice from us, ever.

02

We optimise for real leads

Every campaign is built to generate qualified inbound contacts - calls and form enquiries from people actively looking for your service in your area.

03

You pay per lead

Each qualified lead costs you $30–$80. No lead, no charge. We track every contact, report monthly, and invoice only for what arrived.

Why do we do this? Because it keeps us accountable. If we're carrying the ad budget, we have every reason to make the campaigns work. It also means we're selective - we only take on clients where we're confident the numbers will stack up for both sides.

Clear pricing.
No surprises.

One setup fee to get everything built properly. One monthly retainer. One per-lead charge when the calls come in. That's the full picture.

The visibility work builds long-term authority. The ads deliver volume now. The setup makes sure it all works from day one.

Exactly what counts
as a lead - and what doesn't.

We define it clearly before we start.

A lead is any genuine inbound contact from a potential customer who found you through the Google Ads we run - and is enquiring about a job you could realistically quote on.

We use call tracking software and form submission logs to record every contact. You see the same data we do. Nothing is counted that you can't verify yourself.

If a contact doesn't meet the definition, you don't pay for it. Simple as that.

What counts as a lead
A qualified inbound contact
An inbound phone call from the ad
A completed enquiry form submission
A direct message via Google Business
Spam calls, wrong numbers, existing customers, and contacts outside your service area are not counted - and not charged.

The questions worth asking.

We can only control the lead - not the sale. If you're getting enquiries but not converting them, that's usually a quoting or follow-up issue rather than a lead quality problem. We'll flag this if we see it and can advise, but the lead fee stands once a genuine contact is made. This is why we're selective about who we work with - we want the whole funnel to work, not just the top of it.
Yes. We give you read-only access to the campaign data so you can see exactly what's running, what it's spending, and what it's returning. We have nothing to hide - and transparency is part of how we build trust with clients we intend to work with long-term.
You only pay for leads received - so a quiet month costs you less, not more. The ad spend risk is ours. If campaigns underperform over several months, we review the strategy together and make a call on whether to continue, adjust, or pause the performance model. We won't keep running something that isn't working.
Every call is recorded and every form submission is logged. We review contacts before invoicing - spam calls, robocalls, wrong numbers, and out-of-area enquiries are filtered out and not charged. If you dispute a lead, we review it together. Our invoice will show every contact with a timestamp and source.
Not always - but your landing page needs to convert. As part of onboarding we review your existing page. If it won't work for paid traffic, we'll tell you and offer to optimise it ($500) or build a new one ($1,000) - split across your first 3 months if needed. Running paid traffic to a weak page wastes our money and your opportunity.
Yes, with 30 days notice. The performance model sits on top of the base plan - pausing ads doesn't affect your organic visibility work. If you want to take a break over a slow season or while you're at capacity, that's a reasonable conversation to have.
