How the free website offer works.
What do I pay when I get started?
The $250 setup fee and your first month are charged upfront. That covers onboarding, strategy, account setup and the work required to get your campaign underway. From the second month onward, you pay only your normal monthly plan price.
Is the website really free?
Yes. There is no website build fee and no separate website payment. The $250 setup fee covers your campaign onboarding and setup—not the website build. Your custom Smart Site is built, launched, hosted and managed as part of your Local Leads plan. Once you reach your plan's ownership milestone, ownership transfers to you at no extra cost.
Do I have to wait before the website goes live?
No. We begin building from day one and launch the site as soon as it is ready. The 3, 6 or 12-month milestone only determines when ownership transfers to you—it does not delay your website or your marketing.
Am I locked into the plan until the website becomes mine?
No. Every plan has a 3-month minimum so we can build, launch and establish the system properly. After that, you can cancel whenever you like. If you leave before your plan's ownership milestone, there is no additional penalty; you simply do not take ownership of the website yet.
When does the website become mine?
Starter ownership transfers after 12 continuous months, Lift after 6 months, Growth after 3 months, and Dominate from day one. We will confirm the ownership date clearly before you start.
What happens after ownership transfers?
The WordPress website is yours. Hosting, updates, SEO, missed-call text-back, review automation and other managed services continue only while your Local Leads plan remains active. If you leave, we can help arrange hosting elsewhere.
